The W1620 is our hero product and the optimal choice when you need a blade with a very wide application window that covers hard, medium hard and softer concrete. This blade is developed to match equipment with medium power engines rated from 20-30 hp, making it the first choice for the Husqvarna WS 482 Wall Saw. The short 20-mm segments have narrower gaps to provide greater stability and reduce vibrations while cutting. This greatly improves the operator's experience and the machine's performance. By controlling and adapting the concentration and positioning of the diamonds, we achieve consistent wear of the blade that lasts throughout its entire cutting life. This delivers an immediate and consistent smooth feeling for the operator, from the first cut to the last. The W1600 series cuts 20% faster and lasts 10% longer than the W1500 series thanks to the consistent blade wear. This model covers the widest application window for volume applications – medium-hard to softer concrete, and concrete with flint aggregates.
