The SD5+ is a general purpose blade that has a long life and low cost per foot when cutting green concrete. The segments' design reduces their contact with the concrete surface. This provides a quick and controlled start when using a new blade. For smooth cuts with clean edges in green concrete, the blades are laser welded and designed with narrow water slots.
